We are so excited to spend the weekend celebrating with you! Here is some helpful information to help you plan for your time in the Hudson Valley.

We hope you'll join us for dinner along the Hudson River on the night before we say I do! And stay through the weekend for brunch on Sunday.

All events will take place on property at Hutton Brick Yards.

What hotels do you recommend in the area?

There are many great places to stay in the Kingston area, and nearby Town of Rhinebeck. We currently have a room block at the Hotel Kinsley, a quaint hotel in the heart of Kingston, close to shops and restaurants. We are also offering transportation from the Residence Inn, Kingston.

If you're looking for other options, we recommend The Beekman Arms Delamater Inn and Mirbeau Inn and Spa in Rhinebeck. Both are walking distance to great shops and restaurants, and are a quick 20 minute drive to the venue.

What should I pack?

Hutton Brick Yards is a 100 acres property along the Hudson River. It is surrounded by 500 acres of state park, which offers beautiful hiking trails. Plan to pack for outdoor adventures!

The towns of Kingston and Rhinebeck offer great shops and restaurants, so be sure to bring your walking shoes to explore all they have to offer.

What is the attire for the weekend?

Friday night attire is Upstate Chic! Dinner will take place in the River Pavilion overlooking the Hudson.

The wedding is Black Tie. Some elements may take place on gravel or grass, so plan your shoes accordingly!

If I can't make it for the whole weekend, do the hotels allow one night stays?

Yes, the Residence Inn and Courtyard Marriott Kingston both allow for one night stays, but must be booked directly through the hotel website, or by calling their front desk.
